What Manna is

A daily set of word and logic puzzles built on the Bible, free to play. There is nothing to buy and no advertising. Puzzles are published once a day and stay in the archive afterwards.

Using Manna means agreeing to what is on this page.

Who can use it

You need to be 13 or older. Making an account asks your date of birth once so we can check; we record whether it cleared 13 and then discard the date. You can play every puzzle without an account, and we do not ask your age to do that.

Your account

An account is your email address and the days you finished each game. It exists so a streak follows you from a phone to a laptop. Signing in is a link sent to your email, so there is no password to lose.

You can delete your account whenever you like, and doing so deletes what is attached to it. We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or to harass somebody, and we will say why unless doing so would make the problem worse.

What we ask

Play the puzzles. Send your results to whoever you like. Beyond that: do not try to break the site or reach parts of it that are not yours, do not scrape it, and do not republish the puzzles as your own.

Solving a board with a program instead of your head is not something we will chase you for. It does spoil the only thing the scores measure, so please do not put the results somewhere they will be mistaken for a person’s.

Who owns what

The puzzles, the writing around them and the design are ours. You are welcome to share a finished result, link to a board, or quote a line when you are talking about it.

Scripture in Manna is the Berean Standard Bible, which is in the public domain. That belongs to nobody, including us.

What we do not promise

Manna is provided as it is. We try to publish a puzzle every morning and to keep the archive working, and some mornings something will be broken. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.

Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by agreement.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we will say so in the app rather than quietly swapping the page.
